I am an experienced counsellor who strives to be an approachable, warm, and accepting therapist. I am passionate about coming alongside people, supporting them in times of difficulty, pain, and helping them to discover more about themselves. My focus is to understand what is going on in their lives, help to ultimately experiencing change as well as increasing a person's feelings of self-worth.
The purpose of my counselling is to provide you a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space to talk about whatever it is that is troubling you. I want to be there for you to help you reflect on every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to a place of quiet and calm in mind.
I work multiculturally with adults from all walks of life.
How I deliver therapy
Long or short -term - Online counselling via Video and telephone.
Online and phone counseling can help with many of the same issues as face-to-face counseling, such as anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem and confidence issues, loss, and family relationship problems. Online sessions are found to be as beneficial as traditional face-to-face sessions for most therapeutic needs. Virtual sessions are often preferred and provide a more flexible way to connect and meet your treatment goals. These sessions are held from the safety of your own home at a time that is convenient for you.
